    Payment by instalments

    By individual agreement, we offer payment of treatment costs in instalments through our billing provider, ZA Zahnärztliche Abrechnungsgesellschaft Düsseldorf AG. Subject to creditworthiness, interest-free terms of up to twelve months may be available. We discuss the requirements and specific conditions with you before an agreement is concluded.

    Pick-up and drop-off service

    For larger procedures, diadentis may offer a pick-up and drop-off service. Availability, travel area, arrangements and any costs are agreed individually for the appointment concerned.

    Languages available for personal consultations

    Personal consultations at diadentis are available in German, English and Russian. We agree which language is available for a particular appointment when arranging it.

    Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay at our practice.

    Air-conditioned practice rooms

    Our practice rooms are air-conditioned.

    Complimentary drinks

    We offer complimentary drinks, including coffee, during your visit.

    We keep disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste available for our patients.

    Reading glasses to borrow

    Reading glasses are available to borrow at our practice if needed.

    Personal telephone hours

    Monday to Wednesday: 8:00–16:00
    Thursday: 8:00–15:00
    Friday: 8:00–13:00

    Treatment appointments by arrangement

    Appointments are available Monday to Friday by arrangement between 7:00 and 17:00. The online button opens the booking service directly.

    Your first appointment
